Now I love potatoes just as much as the next person but if you’re trying to eat healthier or are on a diet, specially Keto, Low Carb or even Whole 30 this cauliflower mash recipe is perfect!
The potatoes which is the main carb content is replaced with cauliflower and with just salt and pepper tastes great. You can add butter, a little milk or even cheese to give it an extra boost but if you’re vegan you can skip them all.
I know I’ve added raw garlic in the video but it turned out incredibly pungent so if you can’t handle it, I would suggest roast the garlic or even saute it in a little oil till it looses all that raw flavour.
